A Dynamic Scheduling Model for Underground Metal Mines under Equipment Failure Conditions

Equipment failure is a common problem in mining operations, resulting significant delays and reductions production efficiency. To address this problem, paper proposes dynamic scheduling model for underground metal mines under equipment conditions. The aims to minimize the impact of failures on operations while avoiding extensive changes. A case study southeastern area Chambishi Copper Mine presented demonstrate effectiveness proposed model. initial plan was generated using multi-equipment task assignment horizontal stripe pre-cut method. After breakdown, used reschedule plan. Then, comparative analysis carried out. results show that effectively reduces improves overall execution at low management cost.
